Shipping
We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Shipping is free and all orders are sent with tracking. The delivery time is shown at checkout, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under distance selling rules, counted from the day you receive the item. Let us know via velonorabeauty@gmail.com with your order number. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. In that case, our 60-day guarantee applies instead.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number, and we will send a new item or refund you free of charge.
