We believe in Root Density Serum. That is why you get your money back if you have used the serum correctly and still don't see any results.
The guarantee is for those who don't get results. It is not a free trial.
How the guarantee works
- Use the serum correctly. Apply the serum every evening as directed, for at least 30 days and up to 60 days from delivery.
- Not seeing any visible results? Contact us no later than 60 days after delivery.
- Send the product back. We will send you instructions. The bottle may be opened and used.
- Get your money back. Once we have received and approved the return, we refund the purchase price within 5–7 business days to the same payment method.
Terms
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase of Root Density Serum, once per customer, household and delivery address.
- The guarantee only applies to products purchased from Velonorá's online store.
- 90-day course: return all bottles, both the used one and the unopened ones. We refund the full purchase price.
- Subscription: the guarantee applies to the first delivery. The subscription is cancelled at the same time.
- Return shipping is paid by you. Send the parcel with tracking and pack the bottle well so that it doesn't leak or break.
Not covered by the guarantee
- Allergic reactions, a sensitive scalp or intolerance to an ingredient
- Incorrect or irregular use
- Change of mind
- Personal preference, such as scent, texture or how the serum feels
Skin reactions and sensitivity are not considered product defects. Always test the serum on a small area behind your ear before you start. If you still get a reaction, stop using the product and contact us. We are happy to answer your questions.

Email velonorabeauty@gmail.com with the subject “Guarantee”. Include your order number and briefly explain why you want to use the guarantee. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
Your statutory rights
The guarantee is a voluntary extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened products with an unbroken seal and a 3-year right to complain if the product is faulty. Read more under Shipping & returns.
We may reject guarantee claims in cases of obvious abuse, for example repeated claims from the same person under different names or addresses.
